CTV Morning Live Atlantic host Heidi Petracek graciously invited Bedford 5k founder Jean St-Amand on to chat about the 2016 event, and Jean brought special guest Jo-Ann McNamara, whose sister in law is battling lung cancer. A very large group of family members from all over the world is joining Jo-Ann and her sister in law on the route of the Bedford 5k this year.
